Lavender Earl Grey Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 1½ oz gin
• 1 oz chilled strong Earl Grey tea
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz lavender honey syrup
• 1–2 oz chilled club soda
• Ice

Instructions

1. Brew strong Earl Grey and chill completely.
2. Shake gin, tea, lemon and lavender syrup with ice.
3. Strain into a chilled glass and top with club soda.
4. Give a gentle stir and garnish with lemon peel.
