Espresso Martini Cocoa Stencil

Ingredients
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 small food-safe paper or reusable stencil
- fine tea strainer
Instructions
- Make an espresso martini with a stable foamy top.
- Hold a clean dry stencil just above the foam and sift a very light layer of cocoa over it
- lift stencil straight up.
How to use it
Try a star, moon or simple geometric pattern.
Storage & safety
Use immediately, before foam settles. Keep paper out of the drink.
