Pear & Honey Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 1½ oz pear nectar
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz honey syrup
• 1–2 oz club soda
• Ice

Instructions

1. Add gin, pear nectar, lemon and honey syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until cold and strain into a chilled glass with fresh ice.
3. Top with club soda, stir gently and garnish with a pear slice if available.
