Tomato Jam Gin Martini

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 1 tsp tomato jam
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ¼ oz dry vermouth
• Tiny pinch flaky saltshop ↗
• 1 basil leaf
• Ice

Instructions

1. Stir tomato jam with lemon juice in a shaker until loosened.
2. Add gin, vermouth and ice; shake 15 seconds.
3. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Finish with a basil leaf and a very small pinch of salt.
