Mediterranean Steak Bites with Whipped Feta

Ingredients

• 1 lb sirloin steak cubed
• 6 oz feta
• ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• parsley
• Maldon sea salt

Instructions

1. Blend feta, yogurt and a little olive oil until smooth.
2. Pat steak dry and season with oregano and pepper.
3. Sear steak in batches in a hot skillet until browned and cooked to preference.
4. Add garlic briefly, toss with lemon juice and serve over whipped feta with parsley and flaky salt.
